Caribou Coffee - More Than Just a Cup of Joe

This place is brimming with activity, no matter what time of the day you drop by.

Occassionally you find a place that's definitely a gathering spot for local folks, and Caribou Coffee at The Forum is just that place. We stopped by around 3 o'clock one weekday afternoon and found this cozy shop full of people chatting, working on computers or just enjoying the restaurant's outdoor seating.

Along with coffee of every descriptions, this coffee shop offers a half dozen different breakfast sandwiches and an array of muffins and other breakfast goodies. The walls are filled with framed art created by a local artist - and for sale too. There's plenty of comfortable chairs, a fireplace and free Wi Fi.

Hours: Mon - Thu, 6 a.m. - 9 p.m.; Fri, 6 a.m. - 10 p.m.; Sat, 7:30 a.m. - 10 p.m.; Sun, 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.

I love the Forum Caribou! The people are friendly and the coffee is the best around. Definitely my meeting place of choice.

Yes John, it is indeed sad news. It was a popular spot for so many people.
