Daniel Dahl Is Peachtree Corners' Fastest in Peachtree Road Race
More than 57,000 participated in the popular 4th of July road race.

Daniel Dahl had a time of 47 minutes, 1 second to finish as Peachtree Corners’ fastest runner in the 2012 Atlanta Journal-Constitution Peachtree Road Race, Atlanta’s popular Fourth of July foot race.
According to unofficial results posted Wednesday afternoon by the Atlanta Track Club, Dahl, 49, was 171st in the 45-49 age group.
Kenyan Peter Kirui won the 10-kilometer race through Midtown Atlanta with a time of 27:37. Mamitu Chepkurui of Ethiopia was the women’s overall winner in 32:22.
More than 57,000 runners participated in the annual Fourth of July road race.
