In the Class A division, the second-ranked Wesleyan Wolves girls basketball team won 95-41 over Darlington to advance to the semi-finals for the nineth consecutive year.
Holli Wilkins scored 30 points, Jordan Frazier put 18 points on the board and Katie Frerking, 13 for the Lady Wolves.
In the Class AAAAA division, the Norcross Blue Devils girls team prevailed over second-ranked Parkview to win the quarter-final matchup 63-46.
Diamond DeShields led with the way with 17 points. Shayla Cooper scored 15 points and Torri Charter, 12. Parkview was one of three unbeaten teams remaining leading into the playoffs.
The boys and girls semi-finals and finals are scheduled to play at the Gwinnett Arena in Duluth, March 10-11, 2012.
