It's Time to Vote Again Peachtree Corners

Voters head back to the polls on Tuesday to elect the final four candidates to fill Posts 3, 4, 5 and 6.

It seems like it's been a long time since Peachtree Corners voters chose by referendum vote last November to become a city.

And a lot has taken place in those five months including 19 citizens who qualified as candidates to run for one of the six city council seats.

Now the city is just one day away from completing the process. Tomorrow, April 3 the polls open at 7 a.m.

You've undoubtedly seen a plethoria of campaign signs pop up over the past few days. The eight candidates vying for the four remaining seats for Posts 3, 4, 5 and 6 have been working hard on the campaign trail.

Now it's your turn to take a few moments to head back to the polls one more time. Runoff elections usually draw fewer voters than which makes your vote even more important.

So get out there one more time Peachtree Corners voters.

  • Polls open from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 3
  • Return to the same poll where you voted on March 6
  • If you did not vote in the March 6 election, you are still eligible to vote

I'm sad to report that at 7:10 my wife and I were the first two (and only) voters at our location. I suspect just a very few voters will choose our council! Please take the time to vote today, your choices and voice will make a huge difference.

Only 21 had voted at my location around 9:30AM. Hope there was lots of early voting / absentee ballots since this is Spring Break week.
