Peachtree Corners Treatment Center May Lose License
The drug and treatment center has been investigated at least 11 times since 2002.
The State of Georgia Department of Community Health has completed as many as eleven probes since 2002 at a Peachtree Corners area drug and alcohol treatment center.
According to a report in the Atlanta Journal and Constitution, Narconon of Georgia has been notified by the State Department of Community Health that the clinic's license is in jeopardy.
The possiblity of a license revocation follows the Department of Community Health's investigation of the facility which revealed court records from a Dekalb County lawsuit with sworn statements confirming that the facility was knowingly operating as a residential program when licensed only for outpatient services.

Representatives from the company indicate that Narconon of Georgia disagree with the findings and will oppose sanctions against it.
