The Walton Tribune is reporting that an indictment, unsealed Thursday, files multiple federal charges against the founders of the now defunct Angel Food Ministries. Pastors Joe Wingo, his wife Linda, son Andy and business associate Harry Michaels reportedly were charged in the indictment.

The Tribune is reporting that the three Wingos are expected to turn themselves in to federal authorities in Macon Friday. The indictment has yet to be distributed to the media. The charges are the result of an Federal Bureau of Investigation and IRS investigation stemming back to 2009.

After announcing it wouldn't be able to fulfill its September orders, Angel Food Ministries shut down two months ago and the organization's buildings on Alcovy Street in Monroe were put up for sale.
