Synthetic Pot Banned in Georgia
The measure will act as a "stop gap" until the Georgia Legislature can make the drugs illegal.
The Georgia State Board of Pharmacy have banned a new synthetic pot that was created to get around a state law adopted in April, reports 11 Alive News.
In order to sell the drug, manufacturers had created a new chemical formula after the law went into place.
According to 11 Alive's report, "The Board of Pharmacy can ban the drugs, but they cannot make the sale or use of them a crime." However, law enforcement does have the power to remove the substances from shelves.
Do you think banning synthetic pot was a good decision?
