I wanted to share this on a blog today... I wanted to share it for all of those who feel horrible, in pain, lost and hopeless... This video (The First One) says it all... When there is a will, there is a way... Sometimes the way is with a helping hand. Are you helping? Can you be a helping hand to others? If so please do it, not just in the holidays but always. When you do there is immense satisfaction in watching the other grow. Science will NEVER understand the human heart (Our Will Power), mind and soul. But that to me is a BEAUTIFUL thing. It lets us be ourselves. NEVER give up my friends, NEVER quit... There are always new beginnings and amazing adventures. Just get up give it a shot, look for a helping hand if needed, and always remember. Nothing good comes easy...
The man in the video is Arthur Boorman… He was an Airborne Trooper serving our nation. He became severly injured was told he could no longer walk, by trained medicalprofessional. After this news he quit on life and became severly depressed and obese... Then things changed, and he proved the doctors wrong... He is a HUGE inspiration to me, as hopefully he is for all of you as well… He is not the only person who has transformed like this… Recently I have been hearing of a film called. “Inspired: The Movie”. It is a film to promote what many people in my line of work call the second part of “The Secret”. You can dream and desire all you want in life, but if you don’t work hard for it you will have a hard time reaching for it. You may also lose the desire you once had for that goal along the way as well… Many of us have, I know it has happened to me. In the film they use the goal of weight loss to illustrate the point. Mr. Boorman being the BEST example of that point in both the loss and the re-igninting of the desire… Change is never simple, but it is the most constant thing in our lives and world. To learn more and get more details about the film, Arthur and others like him go visit. http://www.inspiredthemovie.com/
I also attached some really awesome videos of Arthur and even a message from him now 5 years later after his awesome journey!! I hope many of you who feel you need to take a similar journey/adventure in your life see this and take the steps. It may be weight loss, addiction (of any kind), or just a move in location or job. Don't wait for a crisis to shake you to make the move. Make the changes you need now, and inspire others in and around your life. Many need it and like I said before, some just need a helping hand. Maybe you need the helping hand. Many around us are nicer than we may look, ask. Make your world and the ones you love a little clearer… There is hope in this world; it has not gone anywhere, just need to ask it to come over for a visit. Oh and yes that is the wrestler Diamond Dallas Page teaching yoga in the video…
