Why do you have to put a Confederate flag on this? Almost every time Obama opens his mouth he helps Read Moremake the case for his own impeachment. Incompetence oozes from his pores, and untruth flows from his lips. You just make it easier for his supporters to discredit your effort as based on racism instead of law and logic.

Visited Mackenzies for the first time tonight - food was excellent and the servers were great.Read MoreHowev er, I would have thought the owner would have made the rounds to see how his customers were enjoying his new restaurant and encourage comments - but no, he seemed content to remain in the background - not very good PR!!

Yup. Thought the Atlanta Business Chronicle was better than that! But, after almost two years ofRead Morepro udly being our own city of Peachtree Corners, a few of our businesses also still think they are located in Norcross; at least, that is what they advertise on websites and billboards. I really ought to list them sometime.

From Rico Figliolini: It is for the upcoming AMC TV series called "Halt and Catch Fire"Read Morewh ich captures the rise of the PC era in the early 1980s. That's one reason they are shooting at the Marriott, seems they had little to do by way of construction to make it look like the 80s. They also shot a hurricane scene in downtown Norcross a few days ago. http://www.amctv.com/shows/halt-and-catch-fire

Hi Allan. Charlie Hale and Judy and Nancy Minor have been in contact with one another and areRead Moreworkin g on trying to get Judy reinstated with Nancy graciously taking the point for the public. Of course, an email to Charlie supporting Judy should be helpful.
Allan Peel February 26, 2014 at 03:32 PM
Thanks David and Nancy. I had sent an email to Charlie, and he replied back to me saying that he is Read More"working on it!". Go Charlie !!!!

Very slanted and biased production. Bobby A can't reveal his full name? Why not acceptRead Moreresponsibilit y you ask of others? So whats your solution? Throw them all out? Most believe they are doing the right thing, but different than your opinion.

There is a similar yield sign at the intersection of Medlock Bridge and Bush Road. I don'tRead Moreunderstan d the thinking behind either of them and suspect that many drivers, taught that a vehicle turning right has the right-of-way over a vehicle turning left, have accidents or near-accidents, as the left-turning vehicles turn in front of them. I would think that the left turning vehicles would be better accomodated by a left-turn arrow accompanied by a red light on opposite side, eliminating confusion and reducing the chance of accidents.
Cathy Freeman February 10, 2014 at 10:10 AM
The light on the opposite side is probably red when the left turn light is green. Of course, inRead Moreany situation, another driver might not do what you expect, so it's always key to be alert. I assert my right by starting that left turn, but never assume the other driver has a clue. I've been lucky so far.

During the SnowJam event (and any day traffic backs up on HBR), I noticed that it was nearlyRead Moreimpossi ble to travel through the light on Spalding heading west due to the right hand turners from southbound PC Circle. School buses will especially have a hard time if they do not simply block the intersection. We can all be more aware and yield to the school buses. It would help the kids get home and help get the buses out of the way of everyone else!

Wow you must live on the other side of the tracks. We got no notification from anyone and myRead Morecouncil man has yet to respond to a business question via email. They have to work on communicating within the new City. I live in Spalding Corners and my neighbors weren't aware either

The president of our HOA contacted everyone who gave him an e-mail address. Perhaps your HOARead Moreshould get similarly organized.
