2014 Norcross High Blue Devils Run is Two Weeks Away!

Support the NHS Boys and Girls Track and Cross Country Teams by Participating in the 4th Annual Norcross High Blue Devils Run-This Year A Peachtree Road Race Qualifier!

The fourth-annual Blue Devils Run, an event to build community spirit and support the Track and Field and Cross Country programs at Norcross High School, will take place on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at 8 a.m. at Pinckneyville Middle School in Peachtree Corners/Norcross. This year, the 5K race is a Peachtree Road Race qualifier! Prizes for overall male and female, overall masters male and female, as well as medals for top three in age groups (new this year: a 10 and under category!). Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities are welcome on a fast course that is mostly flat with some rolling hills. In addition, a One-Mile Fun Run will be held on the track at the school immediately following the 5K. Games for kids and families will be offered by the YMCA in the gym during the 5K race. Jason's, Starbucks, Great Harvest Bread Company, New Balance, Imagix, and other area businesses will be on hand to sample their products. There will also be a raffle including gift cards to running stores and items from local merchants. Packet pick-up starts at 7 a.m. in the gym.
