New Street Sign Toppers for Peachtree Corners

The United Peachtree Corners Civic Association (UPCCA) and the City of Peachtree Corners have joined up to design a new street sign topper for our city.  The new toppers will replace the 98 original toppers from 2006. The new topper will be sold to individuals, organizations, and businesses for street signs without a Peachtree Corners toppers.

The topper design is the city logo and will measure 20 inches long and 6 inches high. This is the maximum size allowed by the Gwinnett County Dept. of Transportation (DOT). The sign material is reflective aluminum, and the design is double-sided.

Total cost for each topper and bracket is $60. All the toppers will be installed by Gwinnett DOT in early 2014. No toppers can be installed by individuals. Al Cushing at Sign A Rama is the sign maker.

The topper sales campaign runs from July 1 to November 1, 2013. Only one order will be placed to Sign A Rama and there may not be another street sign topper campaign. So if you want a topper(s) for your subdivision front entrance, a main intersection near your home or business or toppers within your subdivision, now is the time to order them.

The topper can be viewed on www.upcca.org ( go to the About Us section and scroll down to street sign toppers) or one is in the window of Sign A Rama, Office Max Shopping Center, 5270 Peachtree Parkway.
