The Scarecrows are Here! The West Gwinnett Chapter of the Friends of the Library is holding a membership drive in October. Those individuals and businesses who join get a wooden scarecrow (hand painted by Friends members) to decorate. Keeping watching the Patch Boards for the scarecrows and then go by to check them out. This first one is located at Atlanta Bread Co. Forum
