We continue to have low or no inventory being the cry from the market. Buyers want to buy but have few homes to choose from. Sellers want to sell but are waiting, which might not be their best choice at this time.

There are 72 homes currently on the market in The City of Peachtree Corners. This inventory is the lowest it has been this year.
The inventory range typically runs between 90 to 100 homes. We have 43 homes presently under contract and they will be closing in the next couple of months.
There have been 339 homes sold in Peachtree Corners year-to-date. At this time in 2012 we had 285 year-to-date sales.
