The United States Postal Service has changed its records and now officially recognizes the City of Peachtree Corners. Well, most of it anyway.

The city recently received confirmation that the U.S. Post Office will now recognize that ZIP code 30092 as Peachtree Corners. This means that any online activity, such as when ordering from a website, 30092 will automatically default to Peachtree Corners once all systems are updated.

For the handful of residents whose ZIP code is 30092 but live in Norcross, they will have the option to select Norcross when completing their information online.

For those with 30096, 30097 and 30071 ZIP codes, there will now be an option to select Peachtree Corners. ZIP codes 30096 and 30097 will default to Duluth, with an option to select Peachtree Corners and 30071 will default to Norcross with an option to select Peachtree Corners.

However, Peachtree Corners residents with a 30360 ZIP code will have to wait a bit longer due to limitations by the USPS.
