Local Rotary Club Hosts 'Aimee's Blood Drive'
On May 21 the South Gwinnett Rotary Club is holding a blood drive for Aimee Copeland, the Snellville woman fighting a deadly flesh-eating disease.
The South Gwinnett Rotary Club will hold "Aimee's Blood Drive" on May 21 in honor of Aimee Copeland, a graduate battling a devastating flesh-eating disease.Β
The community blood drive will be held 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., at inside the Family and Children's Center. Registration is requested for planning purposes, so click here to let the rotary club know that you will attend.
The Shepeard Community Blood Center which supplies the JMS Burn Center in Augusta where Copeland is a patient will be collecting blood. Copeland will thenΒ receive credit for every blood donation given.
