Whiz Kids of the Week

This week - we've got a boy scout troop to recognize as our whiz kids of the week

Whiz Kids: Boy Scout Troop 650, Patrol Leader Jake Hollerman, patrol members Davis Ashton, Victor Barr, Leo Ferrari, Jared Hazen, Bran-Michael Karr, Drew Perkins and Christopher Waid

Whiz Kids' Church: Sponsored by the Men's Club of Mt. Carmel UMC

Whiz Kids' Accomplishment: For the 11th year in a row in the Button Gwinnett District of the Atlanta Area Council, Boy Scouts of America has held a winter camporee with a theme based on the Klondike Golf Rush. Out of 22 patrols competing, the Patrol from Boy Scout Troop 650 won first place.

Whiz Kids' Key to Awesomeness: Troup 650 overcame every challenge and showed off their skills by winning this day-long winter challenge which included working as a team pulling their southern style dog sleds and competing in typical Scout skills and team building challenges.
