Peachtree Corners Festival

For the second year in a row, the community of Peachtree Corners will be hosting a street festival, “Peachtree Corners Festival” on June 30 and July 1, 2012.  It will begin at 10:00 am and close at 8:00 pm on Saturday, June 30 and will run from noon to 5 pm on Sunday, July 1. July 1st marks the first day Peachtree Corners becomes the newest and largest city in Gwinnett County. A special parade to commemorate this historic event will take place on Sunday at 2 pm.

The Peachtree Corners Festival will be a family friendly event open to the residents of Peachtree Corners and all surrounding communities.  The setting for the Festival is on the shady tree-lined street named “The Corners Parkway.” It is a spacious location with ample free parking one block west of Peachtree Parkway between Holcomb Bridge Road and Crooked Creek Road.

Last year’s festival drew more than 10,000 people, far exceeding all expectations. The festival will give the community an opportunity to showcase the many wonderful restaurants, artists & talents that make Peachtree Corners unique.  The Festival will offer a juried art & craft show, live music all day long, activities for children, a judged car show for the guys, plenty of great food and for the first time, a 5K/10K race, the ”Peachtree Corners Road Race”!  Plan to spend the weekend in beautiful Peachtree Corners!
