Video: Art, Wine & Jazz

The event took place last Saturday to benefit the Norcross Cluster Schools Partnership.

Held at in Peachtree Corners, the Art, Wine & Jazz event took place last Saturday to benefit grants through the Norcross Cluster Schools Partnership.

The community gathered at the art gallery to drink wine, eat food and check out artwork while enjoying the company other others.

The Traveling Vineyard provided the wine samples, and Mayor Bucky Johnson was on the drums in a quartet playing jazz standards. The event was led by Kim Dorough, president of the NCSP.

"We just thought it would be a fun, one-of-a-kind event and a something great to do for the community," said Ranae Heaven, co-founder of NCSP. "In turn, we can fund some of the projects for the [school] cluster."

The NCSP helps fund grants for educational programs, it's most recent grant helping the at Beaver Ridge Elementary.
