Broadway in Atlanta Offers Leap Year Discount on "Billy Elliot" Tickets just $29 tomorrow ONLY!!

Celebrate 2012’s extra day with extra-special savings! On Wednesday, February 29, Fifth Third Bank Broadway in Atlanta will Leap into Billy by offering theater fans a one-day-only discount on tickets to the Atlanta premiere engagement of “Billy Elliot the Musical.” In honor of the occasion, a limited quantity of tickets will be available for the March 13-15 shows for the discounted price of $29.

 

Tickets can be purchased (using code Leap29) through authorized ticket sellers at The Fox Theatre Box Office, Ticketmaster outlets, online at www.ticketmaster.com or by phone at 1-800-982-2787.

Based on the international smash-hit film and featuring music by Elton John, book and lyrics by Lee Hall, choreography by Peter Darling and direction by Stephen Daldry, “Billy Elliot the Musical” has earned critical acclaim on Broadway including 10 Tony Awards.

“Billy Elliot the Musical” is the joyous celebration of one boy’s journey to make his dreams come true. Set in a small town, the story follows Billy as he stumbles out of the boxing ring and into a ballet class, discovering a surprising talent that inspires his family and his whole community and changes his life forever.

 

“Billy Elliot the Musical” will play March 13-18 as part of the Fifth Third Bank Broadway in Atlanta 2011-12 season. The performance schedule is:

Thursday, March 15                           8 p.m.

Friday, March 16                                8 p.m.

Saturday, March 17                           2 p.m., 8 p.m.
