Fiserv Moving Jobs from Norcross-Peachtree Corners Area
Financial software maker will have its 2,000 existing jobs at six Atlanta-area locations, including three in the Norcross-Peachtree Corners area, consolidating in Alpharetta.
Fiserv, Inc., a leading global provider of financial services technology solutions headquartered in Brookfield, Wis., announced Friday that it has selected a new location in Alpharetta for its Atlanta-area operations.
The company will have its 2,000 existing jobs at six Atlanta-area locations, including three in the Norcross-Peachtree Corners area, consolidating in Alpharetta.
It's not known at this time exactly how many employees this affects at the three Gwinnett locations. Fiserv will also add 500 jobs over the next five years in the North Fulton County city.
The company has signed a lease for adjacent buildings in Alpharetta and will make an estimated capital investment of $41 million for facilities and equipment.
The buildings will be occupied in phases, with associates expected to move from existing offices to Alpharetta next year and 2016.
