Want your home sold now? Here is a honey-do list so your home will have Curb Appeal Plus ! This  list of inexpensive things to do will make that buyer want to see inside your home.

1. Change your mailbox. If you have a hard surface mailbox then make sure door is clean and the door isn't floppy. Your mailbox speaks volumes about your home. Paint your post if it looks too weathered.

2. Make sure your street numbers are clear and easy to read. You want people to find your home easily.

3. Edge your lawn and make sure islands are defined. Put new pine straw or mulch in all islands and around the house. Cut shrubs and make sure your home is visible from the street. If you cannot see it, you cannot sell it.

4.Power wash driveway and sidewalk. Include front porch and siding if appropriate for your home.

5. Take a good long look at your front door and shutters. Replace hardware as necessary. Replace doorbell if it does not work or has a worn look. Paint your door if it looks faded. Make sure there are no cobwebs or peeling paint. Look at the wood around your door. Replace any rotted wood around doors or windows. Changing the color of shutters and doors is one of the best ways to make your home pop from the street. Keep colors neutral and make sure color works with the brick or siding.
