It's Love-Love for this Peachtree Corners Tennis Neighborhood

Homes built as part of the Racquet Club of the South development surround the tennis center.

As Racquet Club of the South (RCS) hosts some of the world's top professional tennis players this week, we felt it would be a great time to showcase some of the outsanding communities that surround this Peachtree Corners landmark. Featured are a variety of homes, one may be your dream home.

RCS is a true asset to Peachtree Corners and a strong draw to the four distinctly different neighborhoods which were built as part of the Planned Unit Development (PUD) surrounding the facility.  The concept was to have available a variety of housing options so tennis players and fans could live and play in the area.  It is an easy walk to RCS from any of these homes. There are many great neighborhoods close by the facility but this week we're featuring homes in the planned development.

Peachtree Forest began as California contemporary housing and completed the final section in a traditional style.  With much individuality in housing design, prices rise into the high $400's for lake front locations.

Peachtree Forest Plantation condominiums were built for the most carefree of lifestyles.  Consisting primarily of two bedroom, compact flats, prices are now in the low $100's.

Wedgewood Chase provides townhome living with a bedroom on the main level.  Impeccably maintained, landscaping and exterior maintenance are included in the Home Owners Association fees.

Forest Hills is a blend of traditional styles with both attached and single family homes. Open floor plans with updated design and  incredible landscaping adds to the charm of the area.  Home prices range from the mid $200's to $400,000.
