I have a hard time trusting the scores, they take points away for having the wrong color soap from the super clean restaurant and they don't mention pest problem of the filthiest one.

Repeat violations take away more points than new violations, I think, so something that seems innocuous could take away more points than you'd think would be necessary if it hasn't been corrected.
