Thank You Peachtree Corners and Berkeley Lake

For the past 12 months I have had the pleasure of bringing you real estate market updates. It has been a labor of love. My background is that of a teacher and Realtor. The articles are a way to help educate the public about our market today. It also is to inform you about new listings and OPEN HOUSES. I hope you have found something of interest, or maybe learned something new, from reading these articles each week.

As we approach the magical moment of Christmas, let us remember to embrace the gifts we have been given. We have been blessed to live in this incredible country where we have freedoms people of other countries can only dream of.  

The challenging market has touched us all. Our livelihood has been greatly impacted, and yet our faith in mankind, and the tremendous courage of people in this crisis has been an inspiration.   

We have faced this new market, and we have adapted. Not only have we adapted but we have learned about our values. We have learned that our home values, though declining, have not impacted the value of family and friends. We have learned the value of laughter, and we have learned the value of waking up each day to face a new challenge. In the future, we know that where ever home prices go, they are will not be the values that define us.

I would like to wish you a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah or a beautiful holiday whatever you celebrate. I am wishing you a holiday that is filled with the spirit of the season and the gift of a happy heart.
