With the Peachtree Corners building moratorium now in the distant past, businesses are opening up at a steady pace in the new city.

Recently Patch made a quick drive-through of the revamped shopping center that is anchored by and found several new "Coming Soon" signs posted in the windows.

Three Dollar Cafe, Hello Eye Care and Cheeseburger Bobby's are slated to open in the near future.

And Jersey Mike's Subs located just a few doors down from the recently re-opened , opened on Wednesday.

Talk about a good neighbor, Jersey Mike's owner Ron Bienvenu has already signed up for the upcoming Taste of Norcross High.

Between Aug. 30 and Sept. 6 there have been six new business licenses processed. Below are the latest businesses to open their doors in Gwinnett's newest city.
