Remember the Marshmallow Snowman I made for the 4th Day of Christmas? And the Cupcake Games on Thanksgiving Day? I’ve got a few leftover ingredients from those creations.

I’ve coated the marshmallows with the melted chocolate and rolled some in crushed up peppermints and others in crushed up butterscotch. They make delicious additions to holiday hot cocoa, especially on cold winter days.

I usually concentrate on savory dishes, but I like to use all of my ingredients, whether sweet or savory. It saves money, time, and makes eating Easy!

If you try this idea, be sure to let me know how you like it!

Stay warm today, and eat well the Easy way!
