- 2 Avocados
- Juice of 1 Lime
- Salt to taste
- 16 oz bag of Tortilla Chips

- Cutting Board
- Chef’s Knife
- Mixing Bowl
- Kitchen Spoon
- Kitchen Fork
- Reamer
Preparation
- Place avocados on cutting board, and halve them lengthwise.
- Remove seed and scoop meat out with a spoon.
- Mash avocados with fork in mixing bowl.
- Cut lime in half and use reamer to squeeze lime juice into avocado mash to make rustic guacamole.
- Salt guacamole to taste.
- Serve with Tortilla Chips.
