The market may be slower in some Metro Atlanta neighborhoods but Peachtree Corners continues to be very active. This is despite graduations and vacations coming at this time of the year.

There are currently 107 homes on the market in the 30092 area of Peachtree Corners. That is up from last month when there were 100 homes on the market.
Nineteen homes were reported sold in May at the time this article was written. There are approximately 33 pending sales listed in Peachtree Corners.
The exciting news about the 19 homes that sold last month is that they sold in an average of 71 days.
Several sales may move from the "pending sales" status to "solds" as most home sales close at or near the end of the month and posting takes a couple of days.
A quick look at attached homes (condominiums, townhomes, etc.) for the same area shows 53 homes on the market and 44 homes sold year-to-date. There were 75 homes sold through May in 2007.
The attached home sales price range for 2007 was $65,000 to $534,000 and in 2012 the price range was $20,000 to $339,000
I use the 30092 ZIP Code to compare the changes in our local market since it is mostly within the boundaries of Peachtree Corners and is a fairly good cross section of the city.
