UPDATE: One Dead in Automobile-Train Wreck on Buford Highway
Police on scene of an accident in Peachtree Corners near Amwiler Road and Buford Highway.
Update: March 12, 2013, 11:15 p.m.
Gwinnett Police said a van and a pickup truck collided on the Norfolk Southern railroad tracks on Buford Highway, and the vehicles were unable to be cleared by the time the train came, according to news reports.
The Gwinnett Daily Post reports that one person was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police originally reported one fatality on scene. The identity of the victim is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.

At least one is dead after a person and vehicle were hit by a train in Peachtree Corners.
According to Gwinnett County Police spokesman Cpl. Jake Smith, the incident occurred off Amwiler Road near Buford Highway. Officers are on scene and the accident investigation unit is en-route.
