College Hunks of Atlanta is showing up as one of the most popular listings in the Peachtree Corners Patch directory so Patch decided to investigate.

It's a company that will come out to your home and haul away stuff you no longer want, including furniture, appliances, old mattresses (which are hard to get rid of because so many places won't take them), etc.

The company also offers a number of other services, like electronics recycling, light demolition, if you are moving, they can help there too. Of course there is a charge but the company will give you a free estimate.

It sounds like a neat concept but what makes it one of the top directory listings?
