Patch Readers Choose Favorite Place to Celebrate St. Patrick's Day

This week Patch asked its readers to weigh in on their favorite place to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. The collected the most votes and thus earns the Readers' Choice award for the week.

Located on Spalding Drive in the in the Publix Shopping Center, next to Spalding Paint and Decorating, the Derby features a bar and grill with a menu that includes soups, sandwiches, burgers, wings, salads, Mexican dishes and more.

The Spalding Drive establishment also has several pool tables, a juke box, old-school arcade games and flat-screen TVs.

on Jimmy Carter Boulevard took second place. Also among the choices were Confetti's Bar & Grill, High Life Restaurant & Bar and the Tavern at Medlock Bridge.
