Sweet Nala Looking for Her Forever Family

Rottweiler-hound mix is friendly with a calm personality and would make a great family dog.

Two-year old Nala is a current resident at the Atlanta Humane Society's new Alpharetta facility. She's a staff and volunteer favorite, and is a lovely girl whom we think is a Rottweiler-Hound mix.

At about 50 pounds, she's a great size for a family dog. most importantly, however, is her very quiet and calm personality. She is very friendly and likes everyone! She does very well on her walks, and just seems to be an all-round great doggie!

Nala came to AHS from another shelter, and we think that it's time that she finally finds her forever home! Poor Nala looks up hopefully everytime visitors walk by, but for some reason keeps getting overlooked. "What about me??" we can almost hear her say.

Are you the the person or family who can answer Nala's dream and give her a bright new life?   Like all of AHS’ adoptable dogs, Nala has been altered (spayed), tested for heartworm disease, vaccinated and microchipped.
