Prenatal Toning, Fitness & Yoga Class
Working out while pregnant is one of the most important things you can do! Come learn how to exercise safely while being pregnant. This class includes 20 minutes of safe cardio, 20 minutes of strength training and 20 minutes of yoga/cool down.
Class runs for 4 weeks- $60 for the whole session or $18 for one class.
