The Great Cloth Diaper Change and Green Baby Expo Northeast Atlanta

April 26, 2014 – Cloth for EveryBum-
Atlanta, www.clothforeverybum.org, will be host to the Northeast Atlanta site
of an international cloth diaper changing event taking place on Saturday, April
26, 2014, the same week as Earth Day. In its fourth year with over 135 sites in
11 countries, The Great Cloth Diaper Change event will attempt to break last year’s Guinness World
Record™ of 8,301
babies changed at one time
.[1]



The event will take place at 11:00am at
the Gwinnett Center’s Classic Room in Duluth, GA. In addition to the Great
Cloth Diaper Change world-recording setting activity, there will also be a Baby
Green Expo (10am-2pm), highlighting local businesses that are baby and
environmentally centered. There will be family fun activities, door prizes, raffles
and item discounts available for participants.

[1] Note:
The total number of participants in 2013 was
10,029, which marked our highest number yet, of individuals joining together to
raise cloth diaper awareness in their local communities and around the world
,
but not all qualified for the record due to Guinness’s policy requiring a
minimum of 25 babies changed per site in order to qualify.
