The agenda will be the application by Bright-Meyers 2001 LLC requesting that 3325 Holcomb Bridge Road (site of Sturbridge Square Apartments) be rezoned to allow the construction of 182,887 square feet of retail space, including a 151,687 square foot "big box" type retail building, with paved parking for 798 vehicles.
This property is 21.3 acres in size and is located directly across Holcomb Bridge Road from Panera Bread Co.
