The Importance of Small Businesses to Peachtree Corners

Thoughts on the vitality of Peachtree Corners for small businesses

Small businesses are the true economic engine of our country. 

While the economy has been in the tank for the last several years, the unemployment rates in the U.S., Georgia and Gwinnett county have finally begun to improve.  We all hope and pray that we are getting the worst of this mess behind us. 

I believe a large part of the credit is due to optimism in the business community.  Among the many clients that visit my shop, I am beginning to see that optimism translating to economic improvement in Peachtree Corners.

  • and have opened up in at the corner of Holcomb Bridge and Peachtree Parkway. I can’t wait to see what other new businesses move into that newly invigorated space.

    others that have recently moved in.
  • There is much growth along Peachtree Industrial, too, as the overgrowth that has plagued that area becomes useful and vital.

When I am elected to Georgia’s newest city council, I will work as hard as humanly
possible to help our area continue to thrive. As we implement our “city lite” plan which focuses on planning and zoning, code adoption and enforcement, and solid waste removal, our beautiful city can only get better and better.
