Rotary Club Assists 'Project Kids Eat' Program

Rotary Club of Peachtree Corners helped assemble and deliver meals for children living in extended stay hotels in the Norcross area.

Members of The Rotary Club of Peachtree Corners assisted volunteers of the Campus Church in Norcross with Project Kids Eat on July 18.

During the visit they helped assemble and deliver dozens of meals for children residing in extended stay hotels in the Norcross area.

Project Kids Eat was started by Campus Church to feed children of disadvantaged families who cannot provide a nutritious meal when school is not in session.

Those members participating that day included Todd Evans, Randall Jackson, Amreeta Regmi, Robert Hilburn, Mark Thornell, and club President Sam Evans, along with his daughters Lilly, Charlotte and Virginia.

The Rotary Club of Peachtree Corners meets every Monday at noon at the Carlyle House in Downtown Norcross, Georgia and adheres to the Rotary International theme of “Service Above Self.”
