Community Update

Terrible car wash and even worse customer service. I paid $55 for a hand wash and wax on my new car. I watched as two children were used to help wash, dry, and detail clean my car. One of the kids was around early to mid-teens and the other around 10 years old. They did a terrible job vacuuming and I noticed a lot of fuzz left on my seats and bugs and dust left in my back windshield. After a more thorough inspection, I noticed a chip in my paint on my passenger side door. I tried to speak to the manager and he said it wasn't his fault and that it could have happened anywhere. I pointed out the fuzz, bugs, and overall poor quality and he told me that I paid for a wash and wax and that's what they did. It doesn't matter if I'm dissatisfied, he said he would not give me a refund. I asked for his name so I knew who to report to the BBB and he refused to provide it. They also didn't want to give me my receipt back. I had to ask several times. Terrible customer service. Avoid this place at all costs!
