Check Out These Homes Priced $750,000 and Up

A year-to-date look at activity for Peachtree Corners and Berkeley Lake homes priced at $750,000 or more.

Activity is limited for homes priced at $750,000 or more and sellers in this price category are forced to be patient. A look at year-to-date figures show that just three homes have closed in this price range. Now is your time to dream big.

OPEN HOUSE in Peachtree Corners this Sunday, August 21, from 1-3 p.m. at 4299 Ridgegate Drive in Riverview subdivision. This beautiful home is priced at $790,000.

In Berkeley Lake there are four homes on the market above $750,000. One home is listed at $899,000 and is located at 160 Bayway Circle. This is a lake front lot.

At 4529 Bush Road in Peachtree Corners there is a beautiful gated home that sits nicely on a large wooded lot off Bush Road. This home is listed at $799,900.

There are seven homes starting at $750,000 and going well over a $1 million in Peachtree Corners. The highest priced home is 4903 Fitzpatrick Way, listed at $2,900,000.

Two homes listed at over a $1 million are located on Loblolly in The Reserve at Neely Farm. One of these is new construction and it located at 4380 Loblolly Trail. It is listed at $1,198,900

In the price range of $750,000 plus there has been only one home that closed this year in Peachtree Corners and it closed in January for $1,175,000. It was located in The Reserve at Neely Farm.

There have been two sales in Berkeley Lake this year for homes priced over $750,000 and there is one pending sale. The highest priced sale was $180,000,000. There is one pending and one that was listed over $750,000 and it closed in the $600,000s.
