Community Corner

Peachtree Corners, My Home Sweet Home

Reflection on home ownership in Peachtree Corners and what this special community mean to me.

The Fourth Of July, a time to celebrate the birth of our nation. How exciting, that we will also be celebrating the birth of our city, Peachtree Corners.

I will be celebrating along with several thousand others at the second annual Peachtree Corners Festival June 30th and July 1st. I will once again have a booth to showcase our real estate team and the beautiful Peachtree Corners homes we have for sale.

We will watch history unfold as the past meets the present. I take great pride in our community and always look forward to sharing our city with future buyers. Driving a buyer through the streets of Peachtree Corners fills me with pride.

Neighborhoods are connected to neighborhoods by sidewalks. Simpsonwood Retreat and the Chattahoochee River provide natural borders. Who could ask for better borders for a beautiful city.

The Forum, the   and all the many churches showcase the personality of our neighborhood. Of course, I can’t leave out our award winning schools.

We see a city that Paul Duke dreamed and is now becoming a reality. I am also a product of Paul Dukes vision. I live, work and play just as he envisioned. I help families find houses to call home and am always proud when a new family falls in love with Peachtree Corners.

I love this wonderful city and I love the 4th of July. I am thrilled to see the flags blowing in the breeze and smile at the flags in the front yards. It has been an honor to be your neighbor and to share my love of this country and this year a very special birthday with you.

New on the market this week is 4031 Grove Hill Court in Spalding Corners. This home is priced at $325,000.
