GA Power "Franchise Fee"

Just got my letter from GA Power saying they were going to start collecting city-lite taxes, er, franchise fees to fund this fraudulently initiated layer of government.  The people who initiated the city-lite movement have lied to us from the beginning,  and have proven so by allowing 400+ apartments across from the Forum.  We MUST RECALL these HOA Nazis and we MUST petition the state to dissolve this unnecessary and predatory layer of government immediately.
