Peachtree Corners Rotary Club's Newest Member

On March 24th, 2014 Amreeta Regmi was inducted as Peachtree Corners Rotary Club's newest member.

“In a globalized market, the work of the Peachtree Corners Rotary Club becomes very important. The service that the club renders to the community, fosters economic and cultural integration, and increases awareness of social corporate responsibility.” Amreeta Regmi

Forging partnerships across diverse communities and economies in the way we do business today makes the services of Rotary interesting and prominent. Amreeta Regmi, the newest member of the Peachtree Corners Rotary Club says “I have seen Rotary International’s network overseas and I am delighted to be part of the club. I have been impressed by how Rotary serves as a platform to promote social corporate responsibility within our business community. I believe that clubs such as ours add value to a changing Gwinnett, which is a hub for international trade, business and development, as well as a home for diverse communities.  Rotary’s international network for member exchange program provides opportunities for business and cultural understanding”.

Amreeta Regmi was born in the city of Katmandu, Nepal. After completing college studies in architecture and interior design, Amreeta went on to complete her B.A. from Columbia Pacific University, an MBA from Brenau University and a Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences from Wageningen University.
