Alleged Bank Robber ID'd; Police Ask for Help in Locating Suspect

Ernest Strickland is suspected of robbing the Medlock Bridge Bank of America on Tuesday.

An individual suspected of robbing the Bank of America at 10950 Medlock Bridge Road at the corner of Abbotts Bridge has been identified as Ernest Strickland, following media reports Tuesday.

Police are now asking for the public's help in identifying Strickland's whereabouts.

Strickland is accused of allegedly entering the bank at approximately 10:05 the morning of Tuesday, May 24. The suspect passed a note to the teller stating that he had a gun, but did not display a weapon and left the bank on foot.
