The body was identified as 24-year-old Leviticus D. Charleston, of Stone Mountain.

Based on the clothing and physical description along with decomposition, investigators believe that Charleston died on scene from the injuries sustained after being struck by a vehicle Jan. 11.

Investigators have spoken with witnesses from that day and are looking for anyone else that can provide additional information leading to the identity of the driver and vehicle that struck Charleston, as well as any other information regarding the accident.
