Gwinnett Police Issue Alert For Possible Kidnapping Suspect

Mother is being sought in connection with a possible interference with custody kidnapping.

The Gwinnett County Police Department has issued an urgent lookout for a vehicle possibly involved in an interference with custody kidnapping.

The public is asked to be on the lookout for a 2003 Isuzu Ascender bearing Georgia tag AFV 0577. The driver of the vehicle would likely be Kathleen Salsberg, a white female, 5 foot 7 inches tall, weighing about 150 pounds, with blonde hair, blue eyes.

According to a press release from the Gwinnett County Police Department, Salsberg has a warrant out for her arrest for interference with custody.Β

The subject of concern is her 2-year-old son Jacob Brisco. Salsberg was supposed to drop Jacob off with his father on July 11, but never arrived. The last contact anyone had with Salsberg was on July 11 while the she was reportedly driving from Tennessee to GeorgiaΒ 

Anyone coming into contact with these subjects or vehicle should call 911. Anyone with information on these subjects should call 770-531-5300.
