Jogger Says Man Who Exposed Himself Was Someone She's Seen Before

A woman jogger on East Jones Bridge Road told police that a man who exposed himself to her was somebody she’s seen before.

According to a Gwinnett Police incident report dated March 2, the woman said she was running on Jones Bridge toward Peachtree Parkway when she saw the man — described in the incident report as a “Hispanic Male, 5’11”, 160 pounds” — driving a white Chrysler van. She said he passed her three times on East Jones Bridge.

She said saw the man again in the parking area near the AT&T building at The Forum. As she ran south on Peachtree Parkway, she saw the man walk toward the road and expose himself.

She called police when she got home.

According to the police report: “The victim stated this is not the first time she has seen the suspect.”

Police have the license plate number of the van.
