Kroger Pharmacist Accused of Taking Video Up Skirt of Woman Customer

He has been charged with felony eavesdropping in Gwinnett County.

Police arrested a pharmacist at a Kroger store in Georgia during the weekend after a woman customer accused him of taking pictures up her skirt.

According to Gwinnett County Jail records, Timothy Keith Colgrove, listed as a Cumming resident, was charged with felony eavesdropping. He was admitted at the jail at 8:12 p.m. Sunday and released Monday afternoon on a $5,700 bond.

Citing the police incident report, the Gwinnett Daily Post said Colgrove allegedly crouched down next to the woman as she stood in the checkout line and took the inappropriate images with his cell phone. The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m. Sunday at the Kroger store located at 400 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard in Suwanee.

Colgrove, who is on leave from Kroger, allegedly was trying to delete images from his phone when confronted by the woman and other customers. Police confiscated the phone.

The woman spoke with WSB late Monday afternoon and told the station she saw the cell phone facing up and set on record and pointed "stretched out like right between my legs."
