New business items considered at the meeting:

  • First Read and Consideration of a request for a Special Use Permit to add church and community uses to an existing 3.79 acre school facility zoned R-10 and located at 5505 Winters Chapel Road in Land Lots 311 and 312, 6th District, Gwinnett County, Georgia. (Second Read and public comments will be heard on April 15, 2014.)
  • Action item: Consideration of application of Reliance Development for final plat acceptance of Peachtree Reserve, located in Land Lot 300 of the 6th Land District of Gwinnett County Georgia. Tabled
  • Action Item: Consideration of approving the GMA Agreement with the City of Peachtree Corners for GMA to collect taxes from Insurance Companies. Approved
  • Action Item: Consideration of approving the CitySourced Mobile Application customer agreement. Approved

I think it's great to have this kind of update, but would be more useful to residents if someone in the know could briefly explain what each of those items refers to in terms of the actual property and the action being considered. Anyone?
