July 13:  Disturbing The Peace was reported in the 4000 block of Blue Iris HOLW NW at 9:20 p.m.  Description:  Public Drunkenness

July 13:  Motor Vehicle Theft was reported in the 1700 block of Hunters Ridge Lane NW at 4 p.m. 

July 13:  Burglary was reported in the 4200 block of Hunters Ridge Lane NW at 12:40 p.m.  Description:  Attempted Home Invasion

July 13:  Burglary was reported in the 3200 block of Holcomb Bridge Road in Room 226 of an apartment complex at 7:45 a.m.

July 12:  Fraud was reported in the 1500 block of Holcomb Bridge Rd. NW at 8 a.m.  Description:  FTC Fraud  Details:    

• On July 12, at 3:17 p.m., Ms. Suzie Parks, who resides at 1525 Holcomb Bridge Road in the Sturbridge Square Apartment Complex, called Gwinett PD and to report that an unknown person used her Mississippi debit card, which she used for child support payments, for purchases in Mexico.     
• Ms. Parks went on to state that between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. on 7/12/11, an unknown person had charged $86.40 in Gancerrito De La Hermosillo, Mexico.  Ms. Parks said that she called her debit card's customer service department and had the card canceled at 9 a.m. on July 12.      
• She also stated that there were several more attemps by the unknown person in Mexico to charge larger amounts on the card.  In fact, she said an additional charge was attempted even as she was on the phone with customer service. 
• Ms. Parks says she has no idea who may have done this and, at this time, there are no suspects.

July 12:  Theft/Larceny was reported in the 1700 block of Concepts 21 Dr. NW at 4 a.m.  Description:  Stealing

July 12:  Theft/Larceny was reported in the 500 block of Ashley Lakes Dr. NW.  Description:  Entering Auto

July 12:  Theft/Larceny was reported in the 3200 block of Holcomb Bridge Road NW at 3:30 p.m. Description:  Shoplifting

July 12:  Assault was reported in the 3300 block of Peachtree Corners Circle NW at 2:20 a.m.  Description:  Battery

July 12:  Theft/Larceny was reported in the 6600 block of Bay Circle NW at 9 a.m.  Description:  Stealing

July 11:  Theft/Larceny was reported in the 5300 block of Golden Leaf Trail NW at 9 p.m.  Description:  Entering Auto
