Approved with Conditions: Second Read and consideration of a request for a Special Use Permit to add used auto sales to an existing church use on a 1.34 acre parcel located at 4521 Buford Highway in Land Lot 258, 6th District, Gwinnett County, Georgia.

2014-2015 Budget: Presented in public hearing, then approved for adoption. The budget total is $12,755,500.

Approved: Consideration of an Alcoholic Beverage License Application for Shandiz House of Kabob’s at 5270 Peachtree Pkwy, Suite 115, Peachtree Corners GA 30092. Applicant is Nozhan Montaz for Consumption on Premise Wine & Malt Beverage.

Approved: Consideration of an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the City of Peachtree Corners and Gwinnett County for construction of a sidewalk on Crooked Creek Road (LMIG).

Approved: Consideration of an extension of the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the City of Peachtree Corners and Gwinnett County for routine road maintenance.

Approved: Consideration of approving a contract for Economic Development Services with The Pendleton Group and authorizing signature for contract documents.

First Read: First Read and consideration of Solid Waste Ordinance. Second read will be July 15.
